Which program is better? And Why?

Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop? Im just curious to know which program you guys prefer over the other and why?

I'm currently using Paintshop Pro 8 to make my sigs.

Industry Standard Photoshop and Quark. The Best.

Paint Shop Pro is complete garbage my friend. Not worth the time.
