I tried it and it ended up looking like a motel sign with a black backround. The way i add the lighting and red flashing thing is wierd. I do this in PSP7, and i do the writing first, wich is Red filled with Black, then add Aged Newspaper, and then add Glowing Edges.

Well the black background is useless, and the sig is mediocre at best
