Allied Assault demo
 

I am still playing the original AA demo at work. It's been 2 years, and still love to shoot em up.
The problem is our computers will not run the second demo for AA. It's the obj one of the hunt. But we don't have enough ram to run that map. Same as the Spearhead demo.
So my question is, is it possible to mod the demo? Maybe put some boxes in it, extra guns, or whatever.
I must be the deom, because we are not able to instal the full game. Need admin rights for that. Lucky the demo gets through ;)

there were some mods of the sp demo, and i would think that mods would work for the mp demo too, have you tryed dl'ing anything for it?

No, I have no idea what is involved either. I was wondering if anyone has done this yet.
I know some mods work on the AA demo, but that's about it.

I have seen the tut above for making maps. But I'm sure What I want doens't involve that much.
Could someone please let me know what is needed to "spawn" items in the AA demo?

dont think you can, dude, not unless they are already there in the game, but the demo might not even be programmed to accept some scripts...


hmmm i dunno cuz im not a scripter or whatever, but i think you can use skins and shit, try dl'ing some off my mod site, (click on my sig to go there) or check dragonwraith's site for some other skins i did

they all work in nromal mohaa
