HAUNTED!!!
 

Me and Duke heard about this guy that, back in 1932 murdered his whole family, then barried them near his house just before killing himself. The house where it happened is right south of us, so we had to go there. We went on Tuesday night (tonight). When we first drove by the house, our radio reception cut out. No static, nothing. It came back when we went a ways past it. Also, my cell phone went from almost full to no service, only to return after passing the house. We spotlighted the house, and it really is freaky. It looks like something out of a horror movie. The screen door is open, and there is even still a garden out front. We left, but came back about an hour later with another guy that said he would go in the house. I was running the spotlight accross the front door when he brought my attention to something drawn on the wall. I sware it wasn't there the first time. It looked to me like an outline of a kid jumping rope, which wouldn't be so bad, except for what looked like a noose on his neck. It really freaked us out, so we took off out of there. Hey, I'm not supersticous, but about 30 feet from the hose, a black cat ran right in front of us. It scared the shit out of all of us. Whey.... We're gonna go back, in the daylight this time. Sorry for such a long post.

THere is a hotel that burned down 20 some years ago and never was completely torn down, so naturally there are ghost stories about it. So one day i was driving around with this girl and i'm an asshole that likes to get a rise out of people. I drive past the hotel (its 5 feet from the road) stop the car, kill the engine and run out leaving the girl in front of the hotel. I come back a minute later and she's freaking the shit out. I told her only homeless people live in their now so I screamed "Get a job you fucks" ... and that girl hasn't talked to me since. happy:

The great thing was that we kept scaring each other all night, dukey was freaking out more than anyone else. Once another guy and I blew an airhorn out the window, freaked the crap out of em. And, when they were out looking at the graves, I was in the truck shinning a light and I started to take off. It was great.

I acctually got so scared at one point that the skin on my face started to tingle and I started shivering. And over nothing but an old run down house. Oh, there was also the graveyard with people in it that were bruttally murdered in that house, nothing really. I can't believe I was scared.

i wish there was some haunted houses in Ottawa, i'd love to goto one.

Don't they have a haunted tour downtown around Halloween, Art? Around Sparks St.? Not the same as a creepy haunted house, but...

It's no fun if you do it at daytime.

i also found a wall in what used to be a vault on which someone carved 'MURDER'... it's pretty freaky there, there are lots of better stories that have happened too, that aren't on that site... it's kinda fun working somewhere that some people consider an authentic haunted place...
