Canadian idol? wtf?

i just found out that there is a canadian idol....so do you guys watch canadian idol and american idol? Cause i know u guys get pretty much the same tv stations as we do down here.

Also since theres a canadian idol....does that mean theres a mexican idol?

The guy who won the first Canadian idol lives like an hour away from me in Kingston.

EDIT: Oh, and why do they base thier judgements on singing ?? I've only watched it once so I don't know how it works.

Practily Every country has a _____ Idol TV show. Any why not? They see that American Idol made millions, they do the same thing.

someone find other idol shows like from france or germany...or russia that would be some funny shit.

the only good thing that came out of any of the idol shows was william hung.

Wasn't the Idol shows first in the UK or another European country? I know a lot of the reality shows were done first in Australia/UK/Germany/Netherlands.

the originol idol show was called "pop idol" and is from the uk

there was a world idol not too long ago. countries sent their idol winner to compete against the country's idols. There was canada, usa, UK, germany, Arab, australian, polish, south africa, and norway. The guy from Norway won.
