Whats your thoughts on UO?
 

I guess as good as all of us know that there is an expansion coming up.
For those of you who dont, its going to be produced by the very same lads who was behind RtCW, Grey Matter.

There has been loads of stuff on this thing on the net for the last few weeks, and ive got to say, it sounds awesome.
The whole idea to implement the tanks into this game is A+, and the fact that they will have loads of couterparts, AA-guns, only makes it better.

Well, I myself can hardly wait for it.
What do you think?

Ya umm .. whats UO?

UO = CoD: United Offensive.
Its the official expansion coming up by the end of this year.

This game sounds great, the whole idea where they are adding tanks and I thought I heard somewhere you can have moble mg's with limited ammo? Sounds great. They are also adding weather affects to this game so it could be COD with snow everything and falling, or with a thunder storm and such.

and to answer the topic...expansions usually suck...take spearhead and breakthrough as an example.

I'd say Blizzard is the only company that can make expansions worthwhile because they usually give you almost a whole new game ontop of the original.

I'm looking forward to it.

Pyro, I heard that you haven't even played the CoD demo, so shut it. You don't like CoD because the .aM. boys don't like it.

So your comparing COD to MOHAA? MOHAA had like what 1 patch and thats it? COD has already had more patches than that and I would expect a good expansion.

if i cant use that flamethrower. i'm not even going to """""""BUY""""""""" it.

from what I noticed, the patches helped ruin the game, not better it.

in my opinion, CoD totally ROCKED, so i think UO will rock even more! the new screenies look like a flight sim and with the assault on Foy in the Battle of the Bulge in it, with portable .30 cals and everything, it looks so cool! those last two things ive been wanting in a game like this for longer than i can remember...and Pyro:

huh? a few of us still pub once in awhile...been playing the Revolt mod a bit...but aM hates Pyro oOo: happy: sleeping: but i guess most think its all hype...with all the different patches and the drastic gameplay changes..IW just couldnt make up there mind. Out of the box was fun cept the bunny hopping loons (not the strafe jumpers rolleyes: )....
