Well, in your MOHAA directory, there are music files, I'd imagine you'd take a *.wav of your own, rename it to the file you want it to replace, and stick it in. And it will play when that file is cued.

i think the medal of honor music is great if you take some time and pat attention to it, it is composed very well and goes with the flow sometimes in missions
