Question about Icons
 

Ok, im not sure if this is possible, but is there a way to change all folder icons on your PC at once?, or like when u install a theme have your "my Computer", "my Docs", "IE" icons change when u change the theme? I know u can change them manually. I found some icons I wanna use

and is does anyone know if u can put shadows under menus and the taskbar, like in this?
