It's a server-side mod, meaning no download is necessary. It increases the weapon damage to a realistic level. No longer will it take up to 5 shots from a garand to kill someone. You also get less grenades (number depends on the CPR version), only 3 rockets, and if you have a BAR or Mp44, you move a lot slower. I only play on CPR servers, and they are really fun...

All it does is change weapon stats, you get like 3 nades and all weapons do more damage. You also move slower with a MG.
