Xbox problems

Me m8 has bought a chipped
Xbox, and i know that it has
worked without a flaw before.
Now, the 'Eject'-button just flash
red and green, and some chinese
signs are scrolling all over the
telly-screen. What should we do?

The chip is the Xecuter2 chip.

might be screwed, pre-modded xbox usually has no warrantee or tech support

Grave has a modded one, maybe he can help you out

also, does it have an external drive also? or just the one internal?

To put it in technical terms, sounds like its fucked.

Obviously something to do with the mod chip, coulda burned out or something and its hosed the xbox. =/

GraveyardDisciple 07-25-2004 01:26 PM

Flashing red means it's a critical malfunction. Whoever installed the chip probably sautered a capaciter off or something like that.

Get a replacement if ya can.

fujimi7su 07-25-2004 01:28 PM

take the top off.. and look for little black smudges, caused by smoke

when you find one.. figured out WTF caught on fire, replace it

biggrin:

thats what i did to get all the channels on my satellite receiver

R'Jackson'Harris 07-26-2004 02:16 AM

my advise is to get a new xbox.
