use bittorrent ++

allows you to customize the upload rate and puts all downloads in one window, like the download part on a p2p program

Bittorrent Shadow

I use Azureus http://azureus.sourceforge.net/

Shadow and bit tornado are the same program.

Azureus has the most options, runs multiple torrents, has a built in torrent maker, traker hoster and allows you to view every piece of every file.

azureus is much more of a system hog, but i would suggest for those with 1024 ram, or many torrents to do at once.

if you have 512/256 or only 1/2 torrents... tornado/shadow's is fine.

ABC isnt bad either

Plus Azureus has a cool plugin called safepeer that keeps a updated black list of ips.

while on the subject of bit torrent, I keep getting this message: "problem connecting to tracker (urlopen error 10061, conection refused)"

Akuma 07-29-2004 06:24 PM

That means there are no seeds.
