I would get newest Detonater driver: Win2K-XP_23.11.exe.

you can disable the intro movies in serveral ways including i think deleting them

and the way i did it was to add:
+set cl_playintro 0
to the shortcut

Why it crashes i dunno, for me i have to had to turn my windows paging file back on in XP to play moh or it crashed, but for you I dunno i remember a lot of crashes happened to me when i had Win98 and i could never stop them.

Ever since I started this game I am hooked, however, I have a couple minor problems and was wondering if any of you had some advice.
Here is my list....

1. I cannot start/load a single player game, or join a multiplayer game without being connected to the internet (56K dialup) If I'm not connected, as soon as I press start, the game freezes and goes into a continous sound loop. If I'm connected, no problem

2. I recently installed the 1.1 multiplayer patch and ever since, I cannot quit the game without restarting the macine. As soon as I click quit, game freezes.

3. This ones minor....From the time I start the game untill I see the white EA screen is easily 75 seconds. This is not really a big deal (at least it gives me time to dialup)

Here are my machine specs.

AMD XP1700
512 PC2100 DDR
32mb GeForce2 with 21.83 Detonator Driver
ECS K7S5A (currently using onboard AC'97 sound driver for audio)
Win98se

Any ideas would be grealy appreciated
