I'm having trouble with my Nortan AntiVirus program. WhHenever I do a full-system scan, it always freezes once it goes to My Documents. I tried deleting the folder it freezes in when scanning My Documents, but when I did another full-system scan, it froze on a different folder. I then did a manual scan on the entire My Documents folder, and nothing showed up. However, I then did a scan on the entire C drive, and yet again it froze upon scanning the My Documents folder. Any help?

dump norton its a pos, get avast antivirus its free and updates every day and catches the shit that norton misses

i know no one answered the quesiton, but i really do need help. The problem again is that the full system scan for Norton AntiVirus 2003 for ME is only scanning half of my computer, and then it just hangs.
