Its a decal file. also after looking round the net i find progressivly encoded jpegs are bad and can cause this prob

Requested feature was omitted at compile time
Saving a custom texture with the wrong encoding usually causes this error.

When you create a custom texture, don’t save it with the encoding set to “progressive”, just save the texture with the “standard” encoding option.

hope this helps

Heres some help..

If you have photoshop grim, which I think you do, DO NOT save jpg files under the "Optimized" or other settings. Save it under Basline "standard" i think its called. I got the same thing. I resaved all the mods i use that have jpgs in them to "Standard" and my game worked fine.

Get on aim if your confused or need further help.
