ummm.. great thread title...
Umm first one, but the blur doesn't feel natural., Just cutting it out then filttering it doesn't always give for the greatest effects. 2nd one just doesn't feel right at all though. |
Thats not a filter, its too uneven, it looks like he just used the blur tool.
