XP Themes
im having trouble getting them to work. what type of file should they be and is there a folder they should go into? also what are the best sites...i expected deviantart to have a good selection but it doesnt have much.

For the sites, http://www.wincustomize.com has some. They have quite a few. Best chance is to google it.
Edit: I think you need a program to use them. |
Put them in your WINDOWS>Resources>Themes folder. A good site is http://www.themexp.org
