I've seen them and shirts like them in Surplus stores in Calgary, so you may want to check out some local surplus stores in Ontario.

I have this exact same shirt except its a Wool Jacket(same exact design), it has the german flag and everything, incredibly warm.

most surplus stores in downtown Toronto carry shirts like that, near the Eaton Centre is a good start...
