what would you do in this situation
 

ok, your best friend is a clepto, the person has been stealing from gym lockers, and you know all about it, down to what they steal and when &t. one day, the person is suspected and questioned, they deny everything, but you know they did it. you are called in for questioning, what would you do:

tell, its what is right. besides, everything is confidential, they won't know who told. but maybe it's what you feel is right for the person stealing.
or
don't tell and let it keep going, you are gonna be loyal to your friend even if they are doing bad stuff like stealing.
or
just choose not to get involved. this issue is somethign you don't want to get wrapped up in.

Tough, but I make it easy on myself by not hanging around with retards.

I wouldnt tell. I value friendship very highly. I may confront the freind later on and try to reason with him but I would never just give him up.

i actually did that, i stole all her braclets and pins. except i didn't put them in gym lockers yet ninja style.

I wouldn't turn him in but i'd kick his ass later for getting me involved in the questioning. The friendship would probably end right there with me being loyal and ending it on my terms.

I would not get involved..

well its at my school, i mean its not like they stole a car or anything...cause people don't keep cars in locker rooms these days. but they know you might know something cause they see you hanging out with the suspect all the time.

abstend. Say they're alienating you by associating you with this person with this crime. You are still subject to your legal rights in or out of school.

id not get involved unless he stole my stuff. then id fuck him up.
