It's scary when every account of the events tell that "everybody did nothing". I bet part of it was the fear of being hit as well, and maybe another part was not being involved for fear of be included in the following lawsuit.

What if somebody had interviened? Maybe a friend? And he had hitting him back, maybe breaking his nose? It is possible that the lawsuit would have been the other way rolleyes:

Oh, and another thing.....don't ever expect the "public" to come to your aide, that never happens. You're going in alone in a situation like that. One mistake the cell phone dude made was not expecting to get hit. That punch came from Jersey and he never moved.

That was a disgrace, no-one even moved to help the guy. Those people should be fucking strung up, everyone is so selfish. Thats happening alot more these days, [people thinking only for themselves, if i was there I would've at least (from a slight distance) asked him to stop, I woulda called the police on my cell straight away as he was doing it.
