Hi:

I can run all games(even return to castle wolfenstein) using
a ATI Rage Pro video card but when I start up the demo of
M. O. H. the message "Warning: M. O. H. requires a video card
with multitexturing capability" appears. I am using the most
recent video driver. I have also tryed running the game in
safe mode. Any help would be appreciated.

Like it says you need a card that supports multi texturing. As far as I know the ATi Rage doesn't support it.

means you need a videocard my friend, I had that same problem, how I fixed is bought a new videocard .
