I am from Australia and have heard of Band of Brothers. We don't have it yet...is it any good.
I am a WW2 nut so please tell me about it.

You can compaire it with Saving private Ryan. Its filmed in the same style. It tells the story about the paratroopers.

Indeed. I enjoyed it very much wished I'd taped it though.
I wonder if it will ever be released to Dvd?

Band of Brothers is beeing released on DVD in September, theres news about it on HBO's website (ammericans will probably more familiar with HBO).
