All I can find is the transcript of the interview, and it's a long one, so I'll summarize:

Back in the late 80's and early to mid 90's, when Madonna's popularity was at its peak, Letterman would use her as a basis for sexual jokes and phrases, due to her promiscuous acts on her videos ond concerts. Most of his jokes surrounded her sleeping with somebody, etc. Well on this show he even introduces Madonna as one of the greatest stars of the time, and also sleeping with a lot of men. Modonna comes out with a pair of panties, and tells Letterman to smell them. Letterman refuses to do so, and the rest of the interview is awkward and aggressive, with Madonna calling Letterman a "sick fuck" and telling him to fuck off and go to hell. Letterman is never really sure to take the entire thing as a joke, or believe it, but either way he apologizes to the audience and lets them know he appreciates them coming to the show and "This will never see the light of day." Some of the audience members tell her to "get off," and it is apparent just by reading the transcript that the entire room was growing weary of Madonna's childish act.
