MAXPAYNE !! i couldnt wait for the demo any more , so i ran out and got it .

system specs are :
600 mhz
128 ram
geforce2 gts (driver ver12.90)

and i have the game on high on ALmost everything except for audio (shity card) and other stuff like Decal and Projectile limits(medium) . the game runs good , only thing is the cutscenes are alittle slow (yes , i need more Ram )

the game rocks and the story is kickass , and NYC is the shit in this game . (so-far)

After having played it, I have to say it is rather fun, but don't get caught up in the hype: the bullet time option is not an option, but a necessity !

Problem is, you'll get tired of "one" thing (and I won't spoil it for ya) rather quickly.
Aside from that, the graphics are incredibly detailed and the gameplay entertaining enough http://www.pcgamers.net/ubb/smile.gif


Second problem : I played it at my friends house... my pc can handle it no problem (I have everything on full detail at 1028x768), but it is having a weird problem: it hangs randomly either when in the menus or in-game for no apparent reason.

Can anyone give me their opinion on this ?
I run winME, k6-2 500, asus p5a mobo, asus geforce2 gts 32megs, sb awe64, 192 megs sdram.

Polaris, installing extra RAM is as easy as putting a cd in a cdrom drive. Open up the case, push the RAM into the slot (make sure your computer is turned off) turn it on again and presto, you got more RAM http://www.pcgamers.net/ubb/smile.gif I found on my dads Mobo, it was hard to get the RAM in, it may take some grunt to oush them into the slot.
