Everything is bad about it and nothing is good.


It has the worse drivers on the planet. Even though it costs $400-500 it performs worse than a GF4 Ti4200.





Just forget about it and move on to the real graphics card makers...

Don't get it.

If you're looking for a cheap card, go with a GeForce FX 5200...got mine for $100 last summer, should be able to get it for little more than $40 now.

yeah but a FX5200 doesnt isnt a 512mb gcard..

Why would you want a 512MB card?


Even the 6800U 512MB and the X850XT 512MB see absolutely no improvement in any games. It's just like last generation when there were 9800 Pros with 256MB, the card is just too slow to utilize it.

lol a card that is like 3 generations behind the current setups with 512mb lol.... The only benefit really is the 3 monitors.. but for 500 fuck that. I remember these things back when I bought my geforce 3 ti 200 LOL.

the 5200 is a good card. You can run hl2 on low settings.

Eh, yeah, its OK. I run Doom 3 at 800x600 on Medium settings, with AA at max and all that other stuff, so it's done me good. You sure about Low settings though? I happen to not have the game..but.. yeah.
