she should have complied with the officers directions, she didnt, she got zapped. Its not his job to fight each person he pulls over to the ground. If they dont comply and become combative zap 'em

well you dont really know that, but if she did, then yes he could have tazed her or peppered her. but see over here in CA cops already have a bad rap for using unecessary force. cops arent being paid to avoid getting scratched and thus tazing ever mofo they pull over. he opened her door and told her to get out. she ignored him and so he tazed her. imo, he skipped a couple of steps right there.

If he tried to use force she could have fallen out and hit her head on the street, or door, or other shit. He also puts himself at risk for being hit or just hurting something. Its really not his job to use pyshical force to make you comply, if it presents any amount of danger to you or him.

Stupid bitch cant listen to "if you dont hang up the phone and exit the vehicle im going to taze you". 3 times, fuck her, he should have put a 9mm in her skull for being a god damn moron.
