Pub servers > Clan servers?
 

I guess I shouldn't really be surprised, but logically it should be the other way around. I sometimes head into a clan server once in awhile in an attempt to find people that know how to work as a team but instead usually find nothing but arrogance and paranoia.

I was playing the TV station map as US on a clan server earlier and some dude drove up to the first flag in an APC. I shot him with 2 missiles until he got out then decided to flank around that building. He nubishly was still facing his APC when I got there so I knifed him. He says he's taking a "PB SS" so I assume he thinks I'm wallhacking and that will prove I'm not.

Later on in the match that same guy mows a few people near me down and I go around a corner. I see him and go prone, he does the stupid little sprint forward, jump and prone thing with his PKM. I carefully pop a couple pistol shots into his skull and kill him. Suddenly I'm kicked and banned for "hacking and being a fag".

GG clan arrogance. I'm sure the facts that I know how to actually play the game, have a 30 ping and have a pistol veteran badge has nothing to do with it. I must be a hacker that can magically fool screenshots.

Anyone else have any amusing clan server stories? Gerv, I'm looking your way. You do love the tards, after all.

Our Clan will be getting a server soon i believe - u should pop in there sometime.

I don't think I'd do so well with a 200 ping.

only been kicked once for raping so far. ive havent played on a clan server where the teamwork was really good. when you get a good commander that really helps. especially when you hold a huge choke point by yourself and he keeps dropping me supplies to stock up on rockets cool: happened last night on fushe pass.

Every server I've played in with excellent teamwork has been pub servers. Clan servervs are full of dickheads who will get you kicked out of their server for killing them more than twice in one round.

Boomtown.net or One.se are the only servers I play on atm.

I have to say that I don't know any names of any servers I have played on. I just join whatever ranked server is open and has an ok ping. I think the game is still so new that servers haven't really started to matter yet ie: no awesome players have also started playing in a few servers like it ended up in mohaa with the r@t, BoRo, NOTF, etc...

Yeah, clans love to think they are unstoppable as a team. happy:

Well CLEARLY he was even less than a nub if he can't survive with one of those. I can do that and come out with something like a 3:1 kill ratio [Of course this was only with DC, but oh well, they are similar enough]. biggrin:
