i found that card on ncix canada http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php? ... e=SAPPHIRE

its the same card right?

it says that you need a intel processor, does the fact that i have a amd mean that it won't work on my computer. and it says you have to have a 300 watt power supply, how do i find out how many watts mine is?

Sniper101 07-30-2005 06:00 PM

look at the power supply, and it should work with the amd, just check the mother board, thats usually the deciding factor

Crazy Canadian 07-30-2005 06:35 PM

the power supply said max output was 230, so that card won't work then? and what do you mean by check the motherboard?

Sniper101 07-30-2005 08:43 PM

230 wont work ud need 300+ so u dont need to worry about the motherboard unless you buy a new power supply

Yes, unless you want to prep the comp for any future updates, that will do.

What kind of computer do you have? Built it yourself? Bought a Dell? Any boxes or papers left on it? How old is it?
