"Man Accused Of Hanging Women's Underwear On Cars

WAUSAU, Wis. -- A Wisconsin man upset with the Wausau parks
department found an unusual way to retaliate, according to reports.

Police said the man repeatedly hung women's underwear on department
vehicles while they were parked for the night.

They say he struck 30 to 50 times, hanging bras and panties of various
sizes on cars.

Police said he admitted doing it after being caught on videotape.

He told investigators he was upset with the parks department because an
employee cutting grass at a park would blow grass onto him while he sat
in a gazebo.

Police have referred the case to the district attorney's office, recommending
that he be charged with disorderly conduct."
