1) Why would Israel commit a terrorist attack against its biggest ally, and debatably the most powerful country in the world? What would they have to gain?
2) If this is true, why would Al-Quaida claim responsibility for the attack when, if anything, they would like to see Israel destroyed or conquered. They would have a perfect oppurtunity to see that happen if Israel did in fact commit the attack. But they claimed responsibility.

I think we should sever ties with Israel anyways. They cause more shit for the world and I don't see why the USA backs em.

They buy billions worth of military equipment.... It would be near economic ruin in the arms industry if such an action was taken (for the US)
