Double Us COD2 Rant..
 

Im not going to lie, I was looking forward to this game and IWs last chance to impress us with COD2, and honestly they have made a large improvement in areas. However, I am tempted to quit entirely, the only good thing about COD2 is the textures/graphics, the animations and some of the maps. The gameplay is completely different from COD, its actually horrid in my opinions. IF you do happen to buy this game, avoid TDM servers and you will have a better time with the game because TDM is brutal. This game has none of the old COD feel and you will notice your first time playing. I was impressed with a few things but at the same time, half of the game makes me want to shut it off and sell to that little kid down the street. I will give them credit, the battlefield is louder and more intense, but the overall feel is terrible. No more reaching 100 kills in a MP deathmatch unless your one of those noobs who likes the shottie, (WHY IW WHY!!!!!), the shotgun by far is the most stressful and anoying part of this game other than the terrible shooting physics. Why in gods name they put a shotgun into this game is beyond me.... Flamethrower was pushing it, but a god damn shotgun seals the deal... I dont know who the bright cookie was who thought of that, but maybe they should have had a flashback into the 2015 days and that hit Mohaa.... hmm... ill end my rant with that....

I can see your point, though. The shotgun for some reason has always been a point of argument since MoHAA. Some like it, some loathe it. I'm sure it'll be modded out soon enough (if not already). I thank you for not making this into a "OMG YOU SHOTTY NOOB" thread.

The only annoyance I have with the MP game is the abundance of n00b-aiding icons on screen. If you can't manage to find the objectives or enemies on your own, just quit now. That's half the fun.

These icons have already been modded and I look forward to their removal on our server.

I agree with the icons, i mean there are some great things in this game but at the same time the annoyances are just to much and stressful...
