Computer Crashing

I need to write this quickly...

Out of the blue my computer started crashing, nothings changed and it crashes every 5-10 minutes.

Edit: And when I just logged in I lost ALL of my favorites and browser settings. I CHANGED ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING.

I've scanned for virus's and spyware and found nothing.

Also all of my cached settings were wiped too.

System restore perhaps.....If all else fails, blame yourself

check your event viewer after the crash and see if it tells you anything.
