1) Israel is not composed of only jews, so you can consider Israeli's "leeches" if you wish, but not just jews.

2) America is not forced to give assisstance to Israel.

3) Because of America contributing so much money towards Israel's millitary development, the two countries are very close allies. And in a time of war, that debt will be paid off. I doubt, for example, that if the two countries werent so close, that America would have been able to convince Israel not to retaliate after Saddam fired missiles at Israeli cities during the first Persian Gulf War.
