on 20/20 there was this story about a 'guy A' suing Aramark, a Hugigarmontic distributor of beer, because they gave too much beer to this one 'guy B' who ended up killing thiss 'guy A' daughter in a car accident. Since the guy didn't have much money they went for Aramark after finding out they couldn't go after the stadium.

What was he thinking? I mean, has the kid been hurt before to have logic that jumping off a building would......HURT?!
