Learn how to adjust your maxclients.

This is getting stupid.

Stop running servers and having a maxclients that you can't handle.

It's about 10k per player.

Consider that with your upload speed.

I've actually been going in servers with the the word cable in the description, with the max players set at 32. It's getting sickening already.

yea if they did that us 56kers may be able to get into more but the admins dont care they wont lag and it seems all the dedicated servers hurt on lag cause there set to hi i do not know why admins go on a ego trip bout hosting its not like there comparng dick size where more matters its just a game for fun

The big problem is that MOHAA is not very server friendly, so a lot of the big pipe machines that should be running MOHAA are not. MOHAA needs to be able to run a dedicated server without the frigging CD and there needs to be a Linux version. If we had that......

Just as an aside, I was on a server tonight that had "Cable only! Others kicked" in the name. It lagged like an SOB and it turns out there was a 0 ping player on the box. Hmmm.....physician, kick thyself?
