WOW £594,000 OVER 17 MONTHS AND NO QUESTIONS ASKED WHAT SO EVER!!!

This is a total failure on the part of the british govt and its leaders. I demand a investigation in this scandal. 212k in one month alone and no questions asked. How could the British Gov't keep these secrets from its population. UK Citizens tax money has gone to paying for Iraq Fap session on 1-800-hot-shiiates!

these were phones that were stolen and never turned off. WHY WEREN'T THESE PHONES TURNED OFF. WHAT SECRET INFORMATION WAS TRANSMITTED WITH THESE PHONES STILL ACTIVE FOR OVER A YEAR AND A HALF.
