I thought the driver was about to soil his pants after he won.

Jesus Mary Motherfucker I want to fly a helicopter! I don't have the 12000$ for licensing nor does the military want to train me (apparently, corrected vision is a nono even if you've had laser surgery) so I'm kind of bummed out. Too bad because I'd fucking OWN. :(

Same thing only more responsive, cousin of mine has a helicoptor simulator along with a proper control layout for a helicoptor, just getting it off the ground without tipping over is really hard.

SoLiDUS 05-19-2006 05:30 PM

Gerv, the BF2 helos are actually as hard to fly as the real ones: so far, three helo pilots have chimed in and validated this statement so please, before attempting to make a mockery out of my posts, research your stuff a little ? To play devil's advocate: even if it wasn't, I learn everything extremely rapidly and well, so I don't doubt for a second that I would become competent in a matter of hours.

Besides, if they were as hard to fly as your fucking MS Flight Sim, do you HONESTLY think they'd even LET regular people take lessons ?! You fucking barely touch the joystick and the damn thing rolls over... it's not like that, man... your friend is playing MSFS2K4 with plane sensitivities. ROFL.

meh...he should've used a jet instead of a copter and he
would beat that car easily, particularly down the straights.

I know somebody who is a helicopter pilot, and who is also a huge MS2004 fan, and he says it's much easier to fly the real thing. The element of weight sensitivity is a big factor that makes it so much more difficult to fly them in that simulator, he says.
