monitor too dark when playing games
 

Hey guys I need some help. When ever I play games, especially the ones with dark atmospheres (doom, RTCW) its really dark. It's ok when I'm in the desktop but not during games. I've notched up the brightness and contrast on my monitor as well as in the options for the games but nothing is really happening. What can I do? My video card is ATI radeon by the way.

Go into the control center and find that option, should help.
