Does getting your fingers cut off really hurt that much?

well, after watching Hostel and The Hills have eyes, Ive come to realize that when peope have their fingers hacked off by either a chainsaw and or an axe, they just go on about their lives like it never happened.

I dont think I could do what the actors do in the movie after theyve had a finger or two cut off. Looks so painful, that's all my mind would be on/.

So honestly, how bad would it hurt. any one ever had a finger removed in a accident? if so, how was it.

p.s. pls die judas

i guess it depends on who you are...my grandfather, though didnt get his cut OFF plit it down the center with a table saw,(this is a quarter inch cut now), had a couple choice words, wrapped it in some rags and ice and drove himself to the hospital, NOT the ER

DADDY DADDY DADDY DADDY

That movie was fucked. oOo:

I was at a party years ago during high school where this kid cut one of his digits off - He was trying to cut a bottle of coke in half to use as a buckey (gravity bong). He screamed at the top of his lungs like a girl for like 5 mins straight and noone could really help him. I felt bad for him because everyone was too drunk to help him, and he was alot younger than everyone else.

I have a friend who cut his finger witha table saw. it wasn't that serious at all, but when it happened peopel were screaming like crazy.. oOo:

And I have another friend who cut his finger off (from the mid joint on) with a saw as well. He got it reattatched, but it would barely work at all (it got in the way), so he got it removed again, haha.

Ive come close, it only hurts til the pain goes away

it wasnt that bad, was drunk on a fishing trip when AI did it. Had to wait til morning to go to Marquette Hospital to get patched up. Attack of the dreaded chili can

I suggest you film yourself cutting your own finger off to find out.

then you can yell FUCK!! and mash your keyboard with your bloody stub knuckle.

duncey 06-22-2006 08:33 AM

Well, in reality, if you lost a couple fingers, and you're running for your life, you'll probably try to forget about it, won't ya?
