210. ive been stuck at 210 for about the past 3/4 weeks. i read 205 one week , checked the next , and i was back at 210.
not really sure on height 5'11 6'-ish. not really a super huge fatass but i ve got some extra jiggle im trying to get rid of. |
What kind of exercise do you do if any?

ive been running everyday. depending on the condition of my legs up to 2 miles running, 1 to 2 miles "brisk walking" ( after the run ) a day, 7 days.
i think im gaining some muscle weight. ive dropped 2 pant sizes this summer alone, even though the scale is still showing the same weight. the shit i was wearing before the summer started practically fall off me now. my legs are cut like fuking rambo. its my upper body that needs the most work. |
i could care less if i would way the same, as long as it's not fat, muscle as you know is heavier, so no biggy, As long as your healthy dude. happy:

Judas, do the Special K challenge. That stuff is really good and if you eat it as a substitute for 2 meals? you are guranteed to drop weight.
Yogurt is really good for you though. |
im trying to get to 200 but everytime i try, i lose more weight. Im taking weight gainers and everything but the thing is, im not eating as often as i should so... yeah... stuck at 170ish

Ive tried but fall off the wagon. I hate sweets and shit though. Its red meat that kills me. think im gonna jump back on my walking water limiting calories deal again. |
