ROFL @ his bench pressing. If you have to have a spotter (and more and 1 spotter for that matter) lift the weight off your chest, you can't do it. Those 140 lb dumbbells he was doing at the start was complete horseshit. Ronnie Coleman only does 200 lb dumbbells. That puny fuck probably can't do 60 lbs correctly.
