alright, allof sudden I start to get this

"Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. Get the latest flash player."

I downloaded the last flash player, nothing happened.

I enabled some javascript thing in my internet options, maybe I didnt do it right?

where do I go exactly to enable it?
