How can I take some in game pictures?

When playing the game simply press f12, this will take a screenshot.

It will be loaded where? It works with MP and SP?

In your /main/ folder (the one with all the pk3 files) there is another folder called screen shots. You will just need a program that will view the targa format. I use Photoshop, but there are plenty of free programs out there to download.
