Server Up
 

I put a 8 player server up for testing and using. It uses the stock maps but i am willing to up any that you request. The server never has been tested to the max or even tested actually :P So your feedback would be appreciated. If you would like to book it for testing purposes just give me an email at snafu2@rogers.com or drew_hightower@hotmail.com and i will see what i can do.

its advertised on gamespy and all seeing eye under Gomer Pyle but if you still need the Ip it is 24.114.252.101

Joe, There are no mods right now but if somebody feels that you "should have at least this". That type of thing would be appreciated. Once again this is totally new to me (running a server anyway) and also that the server is running on my Linux Box. Is it a simple thing to do, adding mods that is? Does one just copy the mod from a windows machine to the linux box which is something that i can do. I realize the lights are out here for me but i am trying to learn this stuff. Can you really teach an OLD DOG new tricks or maybe i should be asking "OldGuy" biggrin:

I"m afraid you can't ask me anything about running a server Gomer . All I do is play the game on other peeps servers , I'm not real computer savey , especially with games. Joe and rude and Boo and some others are the ones who can help you out with the mods .... I'll give your server a try tonite , is it 24/7 ?
