Thanks, but I already did that ... made a copy of the files, renamed them to .dds ... tried in photoshop to save as .dds ... lots of options and I dont know which to select so I tried half of them...

I've a GeForce 4 ... but I think the skin should...

I've a GeForce 4 ... but I think the skin should work on all vid cards...

And I've downloade some skins already ... but there were no DDS files in it... because of that I'm still helpless... :-(

Ok now ... I tried different types of DDS to save ... DXT1 ... DXT5 ... 16bit RGB ... 24bit RGB ... and I tried just to make a copy of the TGA files and rename it to DDS ... but nothing solved my...

- place them into same folder as TGA file (in the pk3)?

I checked the paths in shader and tik file ... same as folder structure... :-/

The same errors occur when I'm just replacing the tga files in the original skin...

Maybe I'm 100% blind or just...
