Need Help! Trouble with fps view on my skin

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me why my fps view of my skin is not working? The fps.tik file doenst even work at all. I cant seem to find any documentation on it. Please help!

LOL! I must be a moron cause I cant do anything that you have said so far! Do you know the name of the shader file? I know about modding and crap I just suck at using photoshop!
