Hey man,
I was looking for a blood mod the other day that worked with BT and I found 1. Its called "Mr Jingles Blood Mod". Works great in BT. I dunno about skins though.

The Akuma blood Mod doesnt work right for me, I see the blood when I hit someone but it turns into those squars when it hits the ground.

All the blood mods I found are not working on Breakthrough...

Hey man, I did the first step. I just got map Anzio from BT to load in a SP server. Give me 1 more day and I should be able to load it into an AA server.
