Changing Weapon Names

I've tried editing the localization.txt file, but it doesn't work. I edited it to how I wanted it, and when I start the game up there the esact same. how do you make the names stay put?

Go to Properties, Connections Tab and click on Never Dial my Default Connection

That takes care of the Internet Problem, I hope....
