the file that you need to edit is...

you do not need tiki file or shader files the skin is disinged to replace an in game skin turn your tecxture compression off and you will see the skin in place of one of the other uk paratroupers.

if you set the map rotation though console then it will not change whether you are running FFA TDM or OBJ the best thing if you want different rotations is to create seperate cfg files examples can...

it's a texture in comon you have to put it...

it's a texture in comon you have to put it everywhere in your map you want it to rain make a box apply the texture but be carefull if you catch a building it will rain in teh building.

FPS is the rate at which the game try to refesh your veiw now yes uncapping would work if you wanted to go over 99 but it will not help when you arer rooted to 15 fps. however as most monitors only...
