I'm going to assume here that you bought your comp 'off the shelf'. As in, it was manufactured by a big name PC provider, eg: Dell, HP, Gateway, etc. If so, track down your comp's model name/number...

sheesh. you may want to try your mobo's chipset. for example, mine uses the VIA chipset, and I just recently dl'd the new 4 in 1 drivers. A lot of things were included, including Bus controllers.
