They're even better on xbox. And splinter cell outlived the hype in my opinion, its better than i thought it was gonna be. The game owns, on xbox at least, i dunno about pc.

i think clouds are always a good place to start with making backgrounds, and just fool around with filters (its what i do, half the time i barely even know what im doing), to get the desired effect.
